We’ll liaise with all service providers to ensure smooth communication and finalise payments, leaving no room for miscommunication.
We’ll create a comprehensive schedule with designated time slots for suppliers — including setup, service, and breakdown. The finalised schedule and floor plan will be shared with all vendors to ensure everyone is aligned.
As the wedding week arrives, we’ll begin the setup process and conduct a rehearsal with you and your bridal party the day before your wedding
We’ll handle the breakdown process, ensuring that all items are returned to the respective suppliers while you relax on your honeymoon.
